Question 1

What happens when we miss a call?

Accepted Answer

Blinkhatch sends a quick, useful reply while the homeowner is still warm, offers a next step, and keeps the context ready for your team. That helps turn an unanswered call into a conversation instead of the next contractor getting the job.

Question 2

How do you follow up with web leads?

Accepted Answer

Form fills and quote requests get an immediate next step that answers the question and keeps the conversation moving. Blinkhatch follows up with the right context instead of leaving a promising inquiry in a queue.

Question 3

Can you help with older or quiet leads?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Past estimates and dormant conversations get a relevant reason to restart, especially when the season or project timing changes. The goal is thoughtful follow-up, not a generic blast.

Question 4

When does a human take over?

Accepted Answer

Blinkhatch handles the first response and routine follow-up, then surfaces qualified appointments plus urgent, unusual, or high-value situations for your team with the context intact. Your team gets the job, not the chase.

Question 5

What do we need to get started?

Accepted Answer

Bring your website, primary trade, service area, monthly lead volume, and a short description of what happens after a lead comes in. Blinkhatch uses that context to return a focused first finding and a recommended next step without asking technicians to learn another complicated system.

Question 6

What is the revenue-leak audit?

Accepted Answer

It is a focused review of how leads move from click or call through response, follow-up, and handoff. You get the biggest leak we find plus a prioritized next-step plan—the starting point for choosing the right recovery path.
